Horrible support!

Signed up of a year in September. Unable to download latest issue. When I tried to use the link for help I got an invalid email.
Called the support team who blamed it on apple. Called apple and after 30 min hold was told it was the app developers.
Called time out support and they had no idea how to help.
Only way to get this weeks issue was to pay for it agin.
Great magazine but horrible at costumer service.
