Complete Crap - Stole my money
I bought a months subscription to Time Out New York, but I cant access it. Never got a subscription number, which is required to log in. Took a guess that maybe it was Document Number in the Apple receipt, but when I put that in it tells me Ive reached my device limit, and I should contact tech support. I dont have it on *any* devices, because I cant log in, so apparently the device limit is zero. Following the link for tech support puts a URL in the To: field of an email. My 13 year old could code something better than that. You cant get tech support without logging in, and if I could log in, I wouldnt need tech support. Really, really crappy user experience. Wish I had read the reviews before paying - my fault. Im going to get nothing for my $5. Dont be like me. DONT PAY ANYTHING FOR THIS APP. Totally useless.
