I bought one year subscription of digital issue.
But almost 90% of every week issue are never available on time and more than 50% are available week later or more. And there is not contact available for customer help by e-mail, so I cant send e-mail to leave claim about my problem and the company also never had chance to realize what happen. Because this Review itself never be published even I try to send. The whole system prevent somehow.
It definitely need some improvement.
I was so tired about this, so I even not check every week issue anymore...
