I have been been a print and digital subscriber (since print subscription includes digital). The app used to work well, but in the past year it has become spottier, and now it hardly functions at all. The issues tend to arrive late. The app crashes repeatedly making getting through the issues nearly impossible. And even when the app itself works, the digital content is askew, making most images difficult to see.
As stated in other reviews, Time Out tech support is non-existent. The help link is a dead end. They have no customer support line. If your subscription is digital only, you can contact the App Store. They were very helpful to me, refunding most of my purchase price.
Seems becoming a free magazine in NYC has taken its toll on the magazines other operations.
