I was initially unable to log in using the account number as described by grandwom below (10 digits). I emailed customer service and they said NOT to use any leading zeros, so my account number was only 7 digits. That worked and I am now able to log in. Also, as of today the current issue--which I just received in the mail yesterday--IS available, so perhaps they are getting their act together in terms of being up to date. Im changing my review from one stars to 4. (Only 4 because the app is still pretty basic, has no additional content.)
